Coronavirus Act 2020
The Coronavirus Act 2020 passed through the Houses of Parliament yesterday

The act contains a raft of sweeping changes in relation to the current crisis.
There are changes impacting the letting industry, mainly relation to time periods for rent arrears and the eviction of tenants during this crisis. It's worth noting the act allows for these periods to be changed and this will ultimately be determined by what happens over the coming weeks and months.
There will be changes to some notices, we are currently looking to access these new documents and will update our templates as quickly as possible.
