This is a specialised service that will focus on working through your accounts both in the bank and in C.A.R.L., the aim of which is to ensure that you balance and fully understand the associations' compliancy requirements.

Our specialist trainer will examine all aspects of your client account management, your internal process and the options available in C.A.R.L. We will develop a bespoke schedule aimed at achieving and maintaining pro-active account management.

Accounts Support Service

  • Monthly follow-up call

Designed to give ongoing support to clients who already have knowledge of C.A.R.L. accounts and the reconciliation process.

Clients will have priority access to specialised trainers who will be available at any time to advise with account queries.

You will be contacted once a month to make sure that all accounts are balancing and to discuss any further issues.
