The Renting Homes (Fees etc.) (Specified Information) (Wales) Regulations 2019 due to take effect tomorrow (Friday 13th) have been amended following concerns of the requirement to provide landlord details including address to a prospective tenant before the holding deposit had been paid.
The amended regulations will now be published under… The Renting Homes (Fees etc.) (Holding Deposit) (Specified Information) (Wales) Regulations 2019 (the "Replacement Regulations"). These regulations will now come into effect on 28th February 2020.
