The 'Tenant Fees Act 2019' is set to come into effect on 1st June 2019. This legislation is specific to England and whilst
similar changes are expected to be introduced in Wales, the proposals there are still being debated.
It's worth noting that the new regulations apply across the board, irrespective of how the property is let/managed and
therefore effects both landlords and lettings agents.
